Project Management

Many companies either do not have trained project managers with technical skills, or they are busy with current workloads. Vendors will offer to do it for a price, but this may not match what the business requires. We have been involved with many projects; from replacing the entire wiring infrastructure to moving people into new locations. In doing project management we make sure that the business requirements are addressed. Some companies have engaged us because of a need for attention to detail and critical requirements such as redundancy. These projects range from weeks to two years. Many businesses just don’t ‘talk’ the same language as the vendor, so they do not communicate well. A project manager will ensure that all expectations are met or exceeded.
